My first ever Dungeon Synth track, created when I was 18-19 years old.

Archdaemon was my black metal project of the time, and I had barely picked up a guitar. It was truly terrible, and shall remain archived for memory's sake alone. This track was the Burzumesque "ambient" element of the one small demo I did produce. The artwork, while mediocre in itself, was probably the best thing I produced for this demo.

It was programmed in Tuxguitar, upon which I heavily relied for songwriting at the time, rendered in Midi and then converted to an mp3 some way or other.

Archdaemon is Mordstreich.

lyrics

As rain pours down over deepest woods, causing a white mist to cloak the treetops in great clouds, a dilapidated tower emerges from the fog, nestled among the rocks at the top of the hill. Its ancient stones are crumbled and yet it still stands, alone and overgrown by woodland. Surely this old Sorcerer's tower is abandoned.
